Chase Bliss Tonal Recall an analog delay with 100% analog signal chain which gives you an unprecedented amount of control over the sound and features. Each control is attached to a microprocessor which controls the analog effect circuitry. Your guitar signal will not be digitized inside the pedal. Digital controls make it possible to have features that have not been possible before with analog effects.
- Controls and features:
Tone (Ramp): In its default mode this control acts as a tone control of the pedal. Around 7 o'clock the sound is very dark and it gets brighter and clearer towards 5 o'clock. If the dip switches at the end of the pedal are in On position, this control effects one or several of the following parametres: Pedaalin päädyssä olevien dippikytkimien ollessa On-asennossa tämä säätö puolestaan ohjaa joko yhtä tai useampaa seuraavista parametreista: mix, rate, time, regen tai depth. Each of these controls can be set to modulate or ramp and hold.
Mix: Sets the mix between the dry sound and repeats. Goes from 100% dry to 100% wet.
Time: Sets delay length. Maximum delay length is 550 ms. Tap Tempo bypasses this setting.
Regen: Sets the amount of repeats. At 7 o'clock you will get one repeat, at 5 o'clock you will get endless oscillating repeats.
Rate: Sets modulation speed for repeats. Gets faster towards 5 o'clock.
Depth: Sets modulation depth for repeats.
SLB Switch: Sets how many Xvive MN3005 delay chips are active and affects the delay time. S=Short (1 MN3005, delay time 20 ms - 275 ms), L=Long (2 MN3005, delay time 40 ms - 550 ms). B=Both, which causes reverb-like wash.
Wave Shape Switch: Sets the wave shape for repeat modulation. Options are sine, triangle and square.
Note Switch: Sets the tap tempo subdivisions.
Lowest Mini Switch: WIth the mini switch in between the footswitches you can save and recall your preset sounds. Presets are to the left and right, the middle position gives you the current sound of your settings.
Expression/CV:n input: Rate, Mix, Time, Regen and Depth controls can be controlled with an expression pedal 1/4" TRS input. Can also be used with 0-5V control voltage.
Tap/MIDI: Can be used as a tap input or output with a regular 1/4" instrument cable.
